Australian grown and malted light Munich Malt. Can be used as a base for many German beer styles like Fest Biers, Bocks and a wide variety of ales. 

It is kilned longer and at higher temperatures than Ale Malt. It is slightly darker than Vienna malt. Can be used as a base malt and contributes biscuity and nutty flavours to the final product.
