What is your return policy for unused items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unopened packaging. Please note that for food-grade items like hops, yeast, or grain, we cannot accept returns due to health and safety regulations.
Are your kegs and fittings compatible with standard industry sizes?
Absolutely. Our kegs use standard Ball Lock or Pin Lock disconnects, and our hardware typically utilizes 5/8" BSP or 1/4" MFL threading, ensuring compatibility with most home brewing setups worldwide.
